What makes you a good Product Manager?
The simple answer is communication, keeping client and team of a production informed of deadlines and notification to any concerns immediately.
What do you love about being a Product Manager?
I'm creative director for a team of 8 that contain specialists across a broad range of disciplines and so I product manage across a wide range of media from film production to billboards. The passion for each media varies but the jolt when a good idea lands is always a moment of positivity that you are armored with a fresh approach to a design challenge.
What do you hate about being a Product Manager?
Always feeling responsible and not being able to leave it alone.
